The Astex 7500CE is
a dual mode heat press available with a roll-to-roll option or
standard sheet fed for individual heat transfer parts. It is the
ideal machine for rotogravure and electrostatically printed paper
and dye-sublimation printing. See our demonstration video for examples

Even temperature distribution is maintained across the width of
the heated drum with three zone heat control.
The large 24" diameter drum assures high production capabilities.
The continuous belt feed system permits any length of printed
fabric. The machine is equipped with a paper separation system.
This system automatically seperates the transfer paper from the
printed part which exits on a transport conveyor to the back of
the machine. The air stripping device separates the part and paper
cleanly which prevents "ghosting".
An automatic blotting tissue system prevents dye contamination
caused from over printing.
