This attachment was designed for use with covered webbing in making a shirred waistband on sportswear, pants, etc. It fold banding around the stretched webbing and simultaneously applies it to the garment.

This type of folder works well with a metering device. When ordering send garment showing amount of stretch, sample banding, and webbing. Also state make, style number and needle gauge of machine to be used.
