The Astex 289 is
a high pressure platen press with a platen size of 10" x
28" and a reciprocating twin tray system for loading/unloading
during fusing cycle.
Safe and simple, this high pressure fusing machine is suited
for smaller production (100 -200 doz./day).
Delivers up to 45 PSI with unique pneumatic mechanical lever
pressure closing system. Rapid response heating elements.
Typical production with an average dwell time of 20 secs for
collars and cuffs is 180 dozen per day.
