The CA1000 Heat Transfer Press features 4, 6 or 8 independent stations with separate control of time, temperature and pressure. Each press contains a bottom loading platform which indexes in and out of the heat zone for ease of loading and unloading.

The system is fitted with 16x20 platens making it ideal for small cut parts and t-shirts. (Other platen sizes are available)

The exclusive 'Mica Heat Matte' assures quick recovery and consistent operating temperatures across the entire surface of the heated platen.

Heat Press equipped with t-shirt sized platens

The Mica Heat Matte is superior to tubular cal rod heating elements found in low-end heat presses. The matte has 100% contract with the platen to eliminate hot and cold spots and maintain operating temperature within 1 to 2 degrees throughout continuous operation of the press.
