The Astex 7400 Hi Speed printer
is equipped with efficient unroll and re-roll handling systems
for both fabric and paper. Separate blotting tissue handling
controls dye contamination.
In order to enable consistent high-quality printing, the Astex
7400 is equipped with three PD Digital Heat Controllers for exact
temperature regulation. Drum diameter is 24" (60 cm).
The zone controllers have the following features:
- Digital temperature display for actual and set temperatures
- Set point temperature indicator
- Alarming signal if temperature varies above or below set
point
- Fail-safe thermocouple monitor
