The Astex 6800SC high production
fusing machine is available in 48",
60" and 72" belt width.
This wide width, heavy duty fusing machine has 50% greater
heat capacity and longer heater chamber than comparatively
priced fusing presses.
The 6 zone heat control is divided into top and bottom,
and further subdivided right, center and left.
Each of these zones is monitored by 1 of the six high precision
solid state heat controllers.
Longer heated length and 6 zone heat control permits high
production speeds with absolute fusing security.
