Fusing & Laminating Machine
A wide width, heavy duty fusing machine with 50% greater heat
capacity and longer heated chamber than comparatively priced machines.
Our unique 6 zone heat control system is divided first into top
and bottom, and further subdivided right, center & left.
Every zone is individually monitored by one of six high precision,
solid state heat controllers. Longer heated length permits higher
production speeds with absolute fusing security.
This machine coupled with the Astex Cloth Unwind Truck and the
Astex Rewind Device are ideal in a roll
to roll fusing/laminating setup.
Customers also have used this machine in a dry laminating
setup with a heat activated web adhesive.
